Its time to celebrate, the 2023 Amendment to the Covenants, Restrictions, Assessments and Easements has been submitted and approved through the County. You can find the new signed and stamped Amendment under the Documents tab (HOA  Governing Documents sub tab). There you will also find the original CCRs.

There have been recent reports of car theft and attempted car thefts in the neighborhood. We encourage residents to turn on porch lights to illuminate dark areas, double-check you are locking your vehicle(s) and/or remove any valuables from plain sight. If you notice any suspicious activity, we urge you to contact the Kansas City Kansas Police Department immediately.

Thank you everyone who attended the special membership meeting. Those in attendance received a explanation of the association’s current insurance coverage and reasoning for the proposed association policy. The presentation has been provided below for those unable to attend.

We had our FIRST food truck event last night, parked at Delaware Ridge Elementary. It was more successful than we could've imagined, with over 90 people stopping by to purchase food and dessert! We can't wait to see more attendance at the next event!
