Architectural Review

In order to protect property values and provide for a consistent appearance of properties throughout the neighborhood, property owners must obtain approval from the homes association before making changes to the exterior appearance of their homes.

If you’re planning any home improvement projects that will affect the exterior appearance of your home, please remember to obtain approval from the homes association before starting construction.

Projects requiring Architectural Review include, but are not limited to:

Exterior Painting
Re-Roofing
Decks/Patios
Fences -- See Fencing Guidelines
- 1. All fences must be approved by the Association, in writing, prior to construction.
  2. Fences constructed prior to the adoption of these guidelines may remain until such time as they are removed by the Unit owner or other means, including but not limited to weather, vandalism, or other factors. New or replacement fences shall comply with these guidelines.
  3.Fences shall not be constructed in front of the rear corner of the structure.
  4. All fences shall be made of wood with the finished side facing out.
  5. Fences shall be a maximum of five (5) feet in height.
  6. Fences shall not be constructed within a Restricted Area or Landscape Easement.
  7. Unit Owners must provide a gate with a minimum 60” width to allow access to the fenced area at any time for use by the Association for mowing or other reasonable purposes.
  8. Unit Owners who do not provide access described in #7 will not receive mowing or other lawncare services provided by the Association in the area made inaccessible.
  9. There shall be no “parallel” fences. Fences must be connected to existing fences wherever possible.
  10. All fencing surrounding a multi-Unit structure must be of identical size, materials, and construction identical to the original constructed fence by the Developer.

Before starting your project, please complete an Architectural Review Request Form online and send it to Home Association Solutions by e-mail to kcahill@hasolutions.net. Once received, your request will be sent to the Architectural Review Committee for review. In some instances, the Committee may request additional information or documentation. So please, whenever possible, include a sketch or diagram with your application to help expedite the review process.
