About Us

The Delaware Highlands Homes Association is located east of 73 State Highway near the intersection of 126th Street and Delaware Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas just minutes away from Interstate Highway I-70. Delaware Highlands includes 178 condominiums, located in 47 buildings that are of a traditional architectural style, of either one or two stories, with basements and a garage(s). Hidden in plain sight, it is located close to the Legends Outlet, Kansas Speedway, Azura Amphitheatre, and additional fun places to enjoy. This website has been created to offer current and prospective homeowners information about the Association and serve as a resource for members seeking information about the association.
